Our fillings are home made.  The finish is a beautiful Swiss meringue buttercream made with real butter.  This is not overly sweet and makes for the taste of the inside to just pop!

Customized orders require a minimum of seven (7) working days lead time. Due to the time-consuming nature of customized orders, we plan our production schedule a week in advance and spots book up fast. In order to avoid disappointment, we, therefore, suggest placing and confirming your customized order well in advance.

All our creations prefer a cool environment and flat sturdy surfaces.  Transport the cake on a flat surface (not your car seat) and turn on your air-conditioning especially on a hot day.  Do not leave any cake or cupcakes in direct sunlight, as it will definitely be ruined.  Cakes should be stored in a cool place. Buttercream cakes can be stored in the fridge and be taken out about an hour or two before serving.

Fondant cakes can be stored in a cool dry place.

EllasCC will always try our best to accommodate last minute orders where we can. However, there is a rush fee for any late orders and will be calculated at the end of the quote.

Last-minute orders place tremendous pressure on our production, often necessitating overtime. In the event that we are able to assist with a last customized order, there is a rush fee and will be calculated with your quote.

Please fill out our online request form. A detailed quotation will be sent via email.  If you wish to proceed with the order, please select the accept button on the quote/estimate.  This will be sent via our Billdu system.

You will then receive an invoice.

50% non-refundable payment confirms your order, and until this payment is received your order cannot be guaranteed.  We reserve the right to cancel any order still awaiting payment on the production cut-off date.

Final payment must reflect in EllasCC account before collecting your order. Last-minute orders must be paid in full on receipt of the Invoice including the rush fee.

Any cake ordered from a picture or photo of a cake produced by any other cake maker or Pinterest, can only be reproduced as our own interpretation of that cake and will not be an exact replica of the cake in the picture or photo.
